What Modes of Payment (MOP) do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments.

What are your available couriers?
We ship out via LBC Express.

How long is the standard delivery timeframe?
We process all orders as soon as we receive them. Estimated time of delivery varies depending on the delivery address. We will update you via email once your order has been shipped. We endeavor to deliver your items as follows:

  • Metro Manila – 2 to 3 days
  • Other Luzon Provinces – 3 to 5 days
  • Visayas or Mindanao – 5 to 7 days

Please note that possible delays may occur due to holidays, inclement weather, other unforeseen events, and/or the implementation of community quarantine which limits transportation and mobility.

Can I schedule an exact delivery date?

Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time. Exact delivery dates also cannot be provided as this will depend on the courier.

Will I get a call prior to delivery?
The customer will be notified once the item has been shipped out from our store. Prior to delivery, he/she will receive a text/call from our partnered courier.

How can I track my order?
You may then directly contact us through our social media accounts and/or email to request your tracking number.

Do you offer same-day deliveries?
Yes, we accommodate same-day deliveries via Lalamove. Customers may contact us through our FB Page for special requests such as this. Delivery fees will be shouldered by the buyer. 

Can I order from overseas?
Yes. However, receiver of the item must be within the Philippines only. 

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel your order within 24 hours, given that the item has not yet been shipped out. Late cancellation and rejection of the item once delivered is a great loss to our small business as well as to the courier's rider.

Can I return and/or refund an order?
All our items are non-refundable. However, you may file for a return and exchange with 7 days upon receipt of your order. Please read our REFUND POLICY for a complete guide on how to process this.
